We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds and Returns Policy:
You have a 14-day window from the purchase date to return items for a refund. To qualify, products must be in their original condition with all labels and packaging undamaged. Items that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered are not eligible for return. Customized or personalized items, pre-ordered products, special offers, and gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
Damage and Problems:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the incorrect item. This allows us to address the issue promptly and rectify it.
Exchanging Items:
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the current one. Once the return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Cancellation After Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team by emailing us at service@faunasports.uk with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fee
If the product is defective or if the return is voluntary, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Return Processing and Refunds
Once your returned item is received and reviewed, we will inform you of the refund decision. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that additional time may be required for your financial institution to process and update the refund in your account.
If 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have yet to receive it, please reach out to us at service@faunasports.uk.
